GOAL 11 : Sustainable Cities and Communities

The eleventh goal aims to rehabilitate and plan cities, or any other human settlements, so that they can provide employment opportunities for all, access to basic services, energy, housing, transport, green and other public spaces.

By 2030, the aim is to ensure access for all to safe, accessible and viable transport systems, at an affordable cost, by improving road safety, in particular by developing public transport, particular attention to be given to the needs of people in vulnerable situations, women, children, people with disabilities and the elderly.
